Main St., King, NC 27021, at 6:00 PM on the 1st day of June 2026, on the question of annexation. Lying and being in the Yadkin Township of Stokes County and in the City of King, North Carolina. Bounded on the north by Holder Solar Farm, LLC, on the east by Redmon-Shand Properties, LLC and Donald Dunnagan Jr., on the south by Newsome Road, S.R. 1222, and on the west by Santee Court, BJW Properties, LLC and Marshall K. Butner.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of N.C.G.S. 159-12, the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, for the City of King will be delivered to the Mayor and City Council on April 23, 2026, and is available for public inspection, between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, in the King City Hall located at 229 South Main Street, the King Public Library located at 101 Pilot View Dr and the King Senior Center located at 107 White Rd. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall on May 4, 2026, beginning at 6:00 pm, for the purpose of receiving input from citizens wishing to comment on the proposed City Budget for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
